Mini-Shoot Magic!

Thank you for booking a mini-shoot session with me! This is going to be FUN!

 

Now there are a couple of things I need you to do before your shoot;

1. Read and sign the Ts & Cs below.

2. Pay the retainer below (this holds your session time).

Once that's done, I'll send you through a booking form and the Client Experience Guide - it has lots of good information from getting the best out of your kids to what to wear and more!

Photography Ts & Cs

Photographer: Angela Sutton Photography


1. Session Details

  • Deliverables: 5 (five) fully edited high-resolution digital images will be delivered as part of your full session package. Chance to purchase more is optional.


2. Additional Photos/Services

  • Should the client request additional images or services beyond what is included in the package, additional fees may apply. These will be communicated prior to fulfilling the request.


3. Deliverables

  • Gallery Delivery Timeline: The image gallery will be delivered within two weeks of the shoot date.

  • Delivery Method: Photos will be delivered via ShootProof (gallery from which you view your photos).


4. Payment Terms

  • Retainer: $150 non-refundable retainer is required to hold your session time.

  • Final Payment: Remaining balance due before your images are downloaded.

  • Cancellation or No-Show: If you reschedule, cancel, or fail to show up to your session, your retainer is forfeited.

  • Rescheduling Due to Illness: If illness prevents you from attending, I will work to reschedule within 12 months of your original session date.


5. Lateness

  • If you are more than 7 (seven) minutes late, you forfeit your session time. No refunds will be provided for lateness.


6. Model Release & Copyright

  • Angela Sutton Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes such as social media, advertising, etc.

  • Personal Use License: The client is granted a personal-use license for the images. Commercial use of the images is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing.

  • Altering Images: The client agrees not to alter or apply additional filters to the delivered images without the photographer’s permission.

  • Credit: Please credit me as the photographer when sharing your photos. I would love a tag on social media too!


7. Image Storage

  • Photos will be kept for up to one year. It is highly recommended that you copy your images to at least two other places for safekeeping (not all on the same computer!).

  • Reprints/Archive Retrieval: Retrieval of archived images after the one-year period may incur additional fees.


8. Creative License

  • Angela Sutton Photography maintains creative freedom in editing the photos. The photographer's style and aesthetic will guide the editing process, and no special editing requests will be accommodated.

  • All usable photos will be included in your gallery. Non-usable images (e.g., blinking) or double-ups will be culled at the photographer’s discretion.


9. Studio and Location Rules

  • Follow all house rules when using studio hire locations. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in termination of the session with no refund.


10. Protection of Photos

  • All professional equipment and software will be used to safeguard your photos. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, a reshoot will be arranged within 12 months of the original session date.

  • Force Majeure: Angela Sutton Photography is not liable for any loss or damage due to events outside of the photographer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions). In such cases, rescheduling will be offered within 12 months of your original session time.


11. Limit of Liability

  • Angela Sutton Photography’s liability for any claim, loss, or injury is limited to a refund of any money paid for services. In the event of a camera, equipment, or image loss beyond the photographer’s control, a reshoot will be offered at no cost within 12 months of the original session.


12. Travel Fees

  • If the session takes place outside the standard service area of  Christchurch, travel fees will apply. These will be communicated in advance.


13. Indemnification

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Angela Sutton Photography from any legal action arising from their use of the images.


14. COVID-19 Safety

  • Angela Sutton Photography follows local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all parties. If local health restrictions or safety concerns prevent the session from happening, rescheduling will be offered at no extra cost.
